With a firm commitment to enhancing the digital landscape, GTT has engineered a comprehensive suite of services aimed at significantly elevating network performance and agility for a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including your organization's people, diverse geographic locations, critical applications, and even the ever-evolving cloud infrastructure.

Challenges

The main challenges in redesigning the site include understanding user pain points and ensuring it caters effectively to both technical and non-technical users. Simplifying navigation for complex services is crucial, along with modernising the design while preserving the brand's identity. Additionally, providing a smooth, responsive experience across all devices is essential to ensure seamless functionality.

Solution

We opted to conduct a website audit to assess the key aspects of the current site, including Website Performance, Content Quality and Relevance, User Experience, SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, Analytics and Tracking, and Competitor Analysis. Following the completion of this website audit, we will proceed with developing both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity designs.

The Process

The redesign process for the GTT website would start with research and discovery, identifying user pain points through interviews and analysis. Next, information architecture would focus on simplifying navigation for their complex services using techniques like card sorting. In wireframing and prototyping, initial layouts would be tested to ensure user-friendly flows. The visual design phase would modernize the look while keeping brand consistency. Finally, usability testing would ensure the design works across devices, followed by a smooth launch with ongoing performance monitoring.

Information Architecture

(IA) is a crucial step in website redesign, focusing on how content is organized and structured to ensure ease of use and intuitive navigation. This involves creating a clear site hierarchy that reflects user goals and business objectives. Designers often use tools like card sorting and tree testing to determine the most logical way to group and label content. A well-planned IA simplifies complex information, making it easy for users to find what they need, improving user experience, and reducing cognitive load as they navigate the site.

After establishing the groundwork for the user experience and crafting the website's style guide, I proceed to develop high-fidelity designs with a focus on enhancing the brand's design aesthetics, incorporating the latest UI trends that will seamlessly integrate with the website
