Overview

Neato is a company that focuses on advancing daily life through robotics and technology. They are known for designing high-quality products that are well-received by customers. The company's foundation is built upon values of excellence and a commitment to creating exceptional experiences.

The central aim of this project is to give the Neato website a redesign that mirrors the sophistication of their high-end technology products. Our focus is on optimizing the user journey by enhancing navigation and refining user interactions across all modules on the site.

Following thorough research, we compiled a set of personas profiles that encompassed their respective requirements and distinctive characteristics. Through a series of collaborative workshops with the client, we delved into the needs and attributes of each persona. Subsequently, I crafted a low-fidelity wireframe for the primary landing pages, strategically charting out an optimal user journey.

Visual Language

Once the UX work was done, I moved on to the UI phase. First, I figured out how to present the design to our customers. I began by making a style guide that covered typography, colours, shadows, icons, illustrations, grids, and basic interaction guidelines. After that, I teamed up with the 3D crew to create scenes that align with the latest UI trends.

Now, it was time to bring the vision to life. Armed with the wireframes, style guide, and components, I embarked on the creative journey of designing each page and its various states, turning our ideas into tangible digital experiences.

Responsives

Based on research, it became evident that approximately 42% of our users prefer accessing our platform via mobile devices. Consequently, we prioritized ensuring an equally smooth and enjoyable user experience for them. This involved optimizing the interface for touch interactions, reducing loading times, and ensuring that all features seamlessly translated to mobile.
