The redesign must prioritize performance optimization to meet the expectations of a tech-savvy audience. Discovery

As the project gained momentum, we initiated a comprehensive SWOT analysis to meticulously strategize the implementation of features. Our aim was to discernively set these features apart from the competition, ensuring a nuanced and effective differentiation. This analytical approach allowed us to identify and leverage our strengths, address potential weaknesses, seize opportunities, and mitigate threats, thereby positioning our project for success.

UX Audit

We performed a UX audit to assess the current user experience of the website and digital product, pinpointing strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement while ensuring adherence to usability and design best practices.

Business Analysis

Throughout the business analysis (BA) process, we introduced an innovative approach for the client to monetize the platform. Additionally, we conducted a thorough domain analysis to identify potential issues and offered recommendations for their solutions. Simultaneously, we prioritized platform features to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

User Personas

User personas were created for 18 individuals from various demographics, roles, and goals. The insights gathered help guide effective, user-focused design decisions.

Brand Identity

The typography and color palette for the Northern Data website were thoughtfully selected to create a seamless user experience while maintaining a modern, sleek appearance. The fonts ensure readability for complex data like financial reports, and the color choices provide clear contrast for easy navigation, emphasizing key content areas. This design not only enhances usability but also reinforces the brand’s cutting-edge, tech-oriented identity.
